CLASSIC OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups rolled oats

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 1/2 cups raisins

Method

1. In a standard mixer, cream together butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy.

2. Slowly add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix to combine, but do not over mix.

3. Stir in raisins and oats by hand.

4. On a large baking sheet (lined with parchment) scoop out cookie dough into rounds.Makes Approx. 24 cookies.

5. Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes
